Designation: Assistant Manager (Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Specialist)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Analysis and Design:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of current finance and compliance processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and compliance risks.

- Develop detailed process maps and workflows to visualize and understand the current state.

- Design and implement process improvements to optimize operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.

2. Automation and Digital Transformation:

- Identify opportunities for automation within finance and compliance processes.

- Collaborate with IT teams to implement automation solutions, such as robotic process automation (RPA) and workflow automation tools.

- Drive the adoption of digital technologies to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.

3. Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards throughout the process of reengineering initiatives.

- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with process changes and automation.

4. Change Management:

- Develop and implement change management plans to minimize disruption and maximize adoption of new processes and technologies.

- Provide training and support to employees affected by process changes.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Use data analysis tools to identify trends, measure process performance, and generate insights to inform decision-making.

- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of process improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years of total work experience with Tech understanding.

2. Previous experience of implementing tools in the finance domain

3. Proven experience in business process reengineering, process analysis, and automation.

4. Strong understanding of finance and compliance processes, including financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and tax compliance.

5. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

6. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute projects on time and within budget.

7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

8. Knowledge of automation tools such as RPA, workflow automation, and AI is a plus.

9. Certification in Lean Six Sigma, BPM, or other relevant certifications is preferred.
