Assistant Manager - Equity Research

Role Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Equity Research with strong expertise in financial modeling, valuations, and investment analysis. The role is sector-agnostic and will require working on buy-side as well as sell-side projects (buy-side preferred).

The candidate will be responsible for leading equity research projects, preparing detailed financial reports, and delivering insightful investment recommendations to global clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and execute multiple equity research projects.

- Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuations.

- Develop and present investment theses and research reports.

- Collaborate with global stakeholders and deliver under tight deadlines.

- Manage projects independently or lead small teams.

- Work across buy-side and sell-side research projects (buy-side preferred).

Desired Skills & Experience

- 4+ years of relevant experience in equity research and financial modeling.

- Strong expertise in valuation techniques, financial acumen, and investment analysis.

- Proven experience working on global markets (US preferred; UK, Europe, MENA, APAC acceptable).

- Excellent report writing, communication, and presentation skills.

- Exposure to macroeconomics and asset classes (preferred, not mandatory).

- Ability to work independently and lead small teams effectively.
