Key Responsibilities & KRAs:
Brand Identity & Awareness Through Social Media:
- Build and manage the brands voice, tone, and visual identity across all social media platforms.
- Plan and execute campaigns to increase brand recall and community engagement.
- Track brand mentions, sentiment, and audience interaction metrics.
- Digital & Performance Marketing (Meta Ads Management)
- Strategize, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (Meta, Instagram, etc.).
Monitor ad performance, manage budgets, and deliver measurable ROI through CPL, CTR, and conversions.
- Analyze audience behavior and improve targeting strategies.
- TripAdvisor & GMB Optimization
- Optimize listings, reviews, and content on TripAdvisor, Google My Business (GMB), and other travel/discovery platforms.
- Improve SEO rankings and engagement through updated information and active community management.
- Analyze insights and feedback to improve customer experience online.
- Events & Promotions Planning, Strategy & Online Marketing
- Develop and execute digital strategies for events, seasonal promotions, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to drive participation and visibility.
- Create integrated campaigns spanning social, email, and performance channels.
- Creative Concepts & Engagement Strategies
- Conceptualize innovative content ideas, campaigns, and visual themes for social media and digital campaigns.
- Work closely with designers, content writers, and videographers for execution.
- Drive follower growth and interaction through reels, stories, contests, and trends.
- Agency & Vendor Management
- Liaise with creative, media, influencer, and production agencies to deliver marketing initiatives.
- Oversee deliverables, performance, and budgets in alignment with marketing goals.
- Maintain timelines, briefs, and quality standards.
- Influencer Management
- Identify, collaborate, and manage relationships with micro and macro influencers.
- Negotiate contracts, track deliverables, and analyze campaign reach and impact.
- Build long-term influencer partnerships aligned with brand values.
- Photography & Social Media Shoots (Planning & Execution)
- Plan and execute brand and lifestyle photoshoots for digital use.
- Develop storyboards, shoot plans, and creative directions.
- Coordinate with photographers, stylists, and venues for seamless production.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, brand strategy, and campaign management.
- Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Instagram Reels, Google My Business, and TripAdvisor.
- Strong creative sensibility with a good understanding of design and content formats.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and creative agencies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, SEO/SEM, or Performance Marketing are a plus.
