Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Senior Manager - Sales - Capital Goods Industry

Dynamic and experienced professional to join team as an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager/Sr. Sales Manager The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, with a proven track record in the capital goods industry. This role requires individuals with the ability to manage responsibilities across the regions and is ideal for those looking for a long-term association with organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

- Completed B.E. in Mechanical / Industrial Engg / Electricals / Electronics Engg

- Minimum work experience of at-least 4 years (for AM) and 8 years (for Mgr).

- Work Ex must be in similar capital goods industries only.

- Preferable from Pune location considering long term association with us in future.

- Responsible for West & South region i.e., can travel in these regions.

Educational Qualification:

- B.E. in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.

- Must have experience working in capital goods industries
