An esteemed client of Innoquest Consulting, a captive shared services unit, is looking for Process Excellence professionals to be based in Bangalore.
Responsibiltes :
1. Promoting a Continuous Improvement (CI) culture throughout the organization by implementing Kaizen, process standardization initiatives, and Lean Six Sigma training and projects.
2. Gathering data inputs for analysis, preparing reports, and disseminating information to various stakeholders related to process improvement initiatives to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
3. Support the shift towards a continuous improvement mindset. Act as a Change Agent by collaborating with the SDM group to identify and eliminate waste and process variation.
4. Carefully manage and measure metrics related to the Balanced Scorecard and Service Levels, taking corrective actions as needed within the owned portfolio.
5. Designing and promoting training modules and processes to ensure proficiency in business operations and processes.
6. Coach line-managers and team members on tools and methods to enhance efficiency and effectiveness and assist in implementing future state processes.
Experience :
- Overall industry experience of over 8 years.
- 3+ years of experience in Lean, DMAIC/DMADV/Internal Controls/Finance operations, data analysis and visualization
- Experience in Insurance domain will be preferred.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, problem solving and analytical skills
- Completed Training in 5S, Lean, TPM, & Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Yellow /Black Belt Certification
- Good expertise in Microsoft excel, PPT, word, MS Visio, Minitab or any other statistical tool
- Data analysis using advance excel, power BI etc.
- Strong ability to learn and apply new concepts
- Ability to work shifts as required
