
Job Opportunity: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager IR Compliance (Corporate Role)
Location: Mumbai
Qualification: MBA, PM & IR, or LLB
Experience: 5+ Years
Key skills: Factory act, Factory licence renewal, shop & act establishment, Labour compliance
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an updated list of contractors and their deployed workforce. Ensure timely renewal and amendment of contract labor registrations and licenses.
- Coordinate with Labor Consultant to manage statutory registers and displays.
- Respond promptly to notices and collaborate with labor departments as necessary.
- Conduct regular audits of contractors and address observations promptly.
- Maintain comprehensive records of compliance-related vendors and manpower service contractors.
- Monitor minimum wage updates and communicate changes for payroll adjustments.
- Review compliance status periodically with senior stakeholders.
- Handle grievances effectively and maintain positive employee relations at sites.
- Fulfill any additional responsibilities as assigned.
