Position Title : Asst Manager/ Dy. Manager - Bangalore Delhi & Mumbai ( Chembur )

CTC : 7 - 10 Lac

Role and responsibilities:

- Identifying and understanding leads and prospects

- Competitor analysis and formulation of counter strategies

- Track and measure the performance of the marketing personnel in branches

- Improving awareness of the product and services among customers and prospects in the market.

- Enhance current products based on market dynamics and competitor strategies based on company policies.

Customer Acquisition:

- Market research and analysis to identify prospective customers

- Organizing customer loyalty programs and help in formulating targeting and pricing strategies

- Interacting and negotiating business deals with corporates/relevant stake holders

Customer relationship and retention:

- Coordinating with current & future customers, ensuring complete satisfaction and maximum utilization of the product or services rendered to customers

- Responding to customer queries, grievances and providing timely information and redressal

- Understand the customer needs and improve customer loyalty

Realizing Objectives:

- Forecasting sales and setting sales targets for subordinates.

- Monitoring sales of subordinates motivating them to achieve targets.

- Achieving self-targets on sales.

Skills Required:

- Good communication skills and presentation skills.

- Marketing and negotiating skills.

- Knowledge about leasing and latest trends and enhancement to the products in the market and ability to adapt to changes.

- Knowledge about legal and regulatory compliances
