Job Description Overview:
- The Manager Data Analytics & Automation will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making and driving operational efficiency through analytics and automation initiatives across different functions.
- This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role that bridges business and technology, supporting the Head of Data Analytics & Automation in translating strategic goals into practical data solutions.
- This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of data projects, developing dashboards and insights, identifying areas for automation, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to solve complex business challenges through the effective use of data.
- The role demands strong analytical acumen, a deep understanding of data tools and platforms, and a proactive mindset to continually enhance the organizations analytics maturity.
- In addition to managing and delivering analytics outputs, the role will also support data governance initiatives, promote a culture of data literacy, and implement scalable data practices to ensure long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Execution of Data Strategy:
- Assist in the implementation of the organizations data analytics and automation roadmap.
- Identifying and delivering key data initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Data Analytics & Reporting:
- Manage the design and development of dashboards, data models, and performance reports.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis using structured and unstructured data to support decision-
making in the overall business strategy.
- Define and track business KPIs, translating data into key business insights.
Automation Projects:
- Identify opportunities for automation in data collection, reporting, and routine analytics tasks.
- Work with business and tech teams to implement automation tools and workflows.
- Drive adoption of analytics automation platforms and ensure proper documentation of use cases.
Data Quality & Governance:
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data used across business reports and analytics tools.
- Support the establishment of data standards and contribute to data governance initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT teams to uphold data security and compliance practices.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data and automation projects.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations in a clear, actionable manner.
Continuous Learning & Innovation:
- Stay abreast of trends in analytics, business intelligence tools, and automation platforms.
- Recommend and help evaluate new tools and methodologies for analytics and automation.
- Promote a data-first culture across departments by enabling self-service BI solutions.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field such as Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a relevant quantitative discipline.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, featuring a history of driving successful data projects from conceptualization to implementation.
- Profound proficiency in data analytics tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) alongside data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Mastery of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and predictive modeling techniques.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities coupled with a strategic mindset to align data initiatives with business goals.
- Strong communication skillsboth written and verbalwith a knack for simplifying technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience within the FMCG industry or international markets is a plus.
- Experience with Start-up will be an added advantage
