Assistant Manager- Company Secretary - 4+ Years- Gurugram
Looking for a Qualified Company Secretary with a minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience of working in a consulting firm/CA Firm/PCS firm in FEMA Compliance, Companies Act of 2013, FRRO, Company Liquidation, Registration, Stock exchange filing & should have managed a team of qualified CS.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for filing and registering any document including forms, returns, and applications which may include drafting of letters and resolutions.
2. Handles the promotion, formation, and incorporation of companies and the related matters as when required by the client companies.
3. Manages all the tasks related to securities and their transfer and transmission.
4. Drafting the Contracts and managing all the tasks related to securities and their transfer and transmission.
5. Completing all the legal compliances and managing the Legal or Compliance Audit activities for the clients.
6. Handling all kind of secretarial documents of clients and keeping the tracker and record of the same for future purposes
7. Keeping up to date with any regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the clients' organization.
8. Review of NDA, engagement letters, business contracts, MoU, financing agreement, service contracts, etc. for the clients.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Law/Commerce
2. Company Secretary (CS) qualification is mandatory
3. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
4. Strong knowledge of legal and secretarial matters
