About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountants to join our growing team as Assistant Managers. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure accurate accounting in line with applicable Accounting Standards, Companies Act, Schedule VI, and Income Tax provisions.

- Oversee end-to-end accounting processes including GL scrutiny, MIS review, and finalization of accounts.

- Manage statutory compliance for clients including TDS, GST, Professional Tax, and other applicable laws.

- Handle payroll accounting and ensure timely processing and reporting.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships; act as a trusted advisor and ensure client satisfaction.

- Review and ensure timely submission of MIS reports and deliverables as per client expectations.

- Coordinate with bankers, statutory authorities, and internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

- Lead billing and recovery processes, track outstanding dues, and ensure timely collections.

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3 to 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Income Tax, GST, and Companies Act.

- Hands-on experience in payroll accounting, TDS, and GST filings.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reviewing financial statements and MIS.
