Role Overview:

We are hiring a Banking & MIS Asst Manager to join the Finance team at our manufacturing facility in Raipur. The role requires a balanced skill set in both banking operations and management information systems (MIS). The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in preparing CMA data, working with banks on credit facilities, managing foreign exchange transactions, and delivering actionable MIS to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities: Banking Operations (50%)

- Maintain daily coordination and strong working relationships with banks (Citi, BOA).

- Prepare CMA data, handle renewal and documentation of credit facilities.

- Manage external commercial borrowings (ECB) compliance and documentation.

- Support import/export documentation and ensure compliance with RBI and FEMA guidelines.

- Track and execute forward contracts and understand currency hedging mechanisms.

- Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts and resolution of discrepancies.

- Handle documentation and compliance for domestic and international loan disbursements.

MIS & Financial Reporting (50%)

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS including cash flow, working capital, receivables/payables, sales forecasts, and variance analysis.

- Provide financial reports to management for decision-making, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Collate financial data from TALLY (current system) and support data accuracy and integrity.

- Work closely with operations and commercial teams to ensure data-based insights are provided proactively.

- Support internal audits and assist in preparation for SAP implementation (planned post-2027).

Candidate Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, MBA/CA is a plus.

- Hands-on experience in banking operations and MIS, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Must have experience in:

- Preparation of CMA data and liaison with banks.

- Managing foreign exchange operations and forward contracts.

- Generating financial MIS and working on budgeting/forecasting.

- Strong command over TALLY; exposure to SAP is a plus.

- Excellent analytical and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
