Key Responsibilities:

- Responsibility for procurement and placement of treaty reinsurance from countries allocated and overseeing email correspondence.

- Managing client relationships, servicing contracts and documentation

- Generating / scouting for new capacities for existing treaties and new opportunities.

- Coordinating with the Dubai office for territories they service.

- Generating leads for LHT, Agriculture, and other specialized lines of business.

- Conducting market visits, including conferences with a view to procurement and placement of Business

- Assisting Management with expansion plans.

- Management reporting.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum of 10 years' experience in reinsurance broking or a related field.

- Proven track record in treaty procurement and client servicing.

- Strong network within the reinsurance and insurance markets, both domestic and international.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

- Willingness to travel for conferences and market visits.
