SmartBytes Technology Services is seeking a seasoned Assistant General Manager (AGM) to strengthen our sales leadership team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive B2B sales experience across multiple industrial sectors and a strong track record of driving revenue growth and building customer relationships.

Mandatory Experience:

- 12 to 15 years of relevant B2B sales experience

- In-depth knowledge and proven expertise in one or more of the following industries:

- Industrial Oils & Lubricants

- Power Transmission & Distribution

- Polymer

- Manufacturing

- FMCG

- Pharmaceuticals

- Industrial Process Applications

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the development and execution of sales strategies to meet business objectives.

- Manage and nurture key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted industrial segments.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and service excellence.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales tactics.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

- Proven ability to develop strategic sales plans and drive execution.
