Mandatory Experience:
- 12 to 15 years of relevant B2B sales experience
- In-depth knowledge and proven expertise in one or more of the following industries:
- Industrial Oils & Lubricants
- Power Transmission & Distribution
- Polymer
- Manufacturing
- FMCG
- Pharmaceuticals
- Industrial Process Applications
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- Manage and nurture key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted industrial segments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and service excellence.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales tactics.
