Key responsibilities:
1) Key account management
2) Conduct market mapping and survey and identify growth opportunities
3) Developing new strategies
4) Identify potential new grades for the company
5) Maintain and develop relationship with all dealers and key direct customers
6) Regular market visits
7) Monitor execution of orders in line with commitments made to customers
8) Get a good understanding of competitors and their activities
9) Monitor timely collection of receivables
10) Strategizing to increase market share
11) Understands the fumed silica value chain and communicates timely feedback to the commercial leadership team about competition and market price update, industry segment trends etc.
12) Successfully negotiate, implement and secure current and new business opportunities.
13) Coach, hand hold the team for achieving sales targets
14) Good techno-commercial experience to support value selling efforts
15) Have a good understanding of pricing/margins to achieve profit targets
