BE - Mechanical / Civil / Production / Electrical (any additional qualification in supply chain management, material management will be of advantage)

Experience: 8 - 12 years of experience in procurement (P2P Cycle)

- Experience in Processing Industry is must (Mineral Mining & Processing , Chemical, Steel, Glass, Foundry, Alloy, Cement, Petrolelum derivatives processing plants & any other similar processing plant)

Target Industries : Mineral Mining & Processing , Chemical, Steel, Glass, Foundry, Alloy, Cement, Petrolelum derivatives processing plants & any other similar processing plant

Required Functional Skills / Compitancies


- Ability to deep & fundamental understanding of bulk procurement, contracting, statutory, logistic and packaging.

- Commercial and Cost benefits thinking

- Ability to manage end to end P2P business operation with strong monitoring

- Business reporting in Excel, Word & PPT

- Ability to visualise calculative risk and capacity to risk mitigation.

- Strong Coordination with all stake's holders and cross functional operation

- Ability to update and educate periodically regulatory changes & compliances

- Team Building & Development

- Ability to adopt & manage Business Changes.

- Focused on Cost saving

- Ethical & Honest and loyal to Organization.

- Ability to manage financial and material Crisis

- Excellent communication & presentation skill

No. Key Accountabilities

1. Initiate NDA activities, co-ordinate with all vendor, Central legal, Procurement & Contracting and Technical team till it's execution.

2. Ensure availability of all the Inputs in Time in Good Quality (Direct Materials like RM and Energy & Indirect material all the spares, packing, Consumable), Service contracts & Operational Capex items

3. Shall able to design & execute business contract in order to business requirements Align and conclude all critical commercial terms with vendors / suppliers

4. An out-of-the-box thinker and will able to demonstrate analytical abilities to meet and manage business dynamic, diversity, deadlines & work under pressure.

5. Ability to manage internal & external stakeholders, Logistics, Procurement and contract team and ensure smooth operation

6. Manage Inventory, Create and Supervise the Documentation & System implementation
