Job Title: AGM - Warehouse and Logistics (Home & Kitchen Appliances)

Job Summary:
- The AGM - Warehouse and Logistics will oversee the end-to-end logistics operations, warehouse management, and distribution of home and kitchen appliances.
- The role involves strategic planning, operational efficiency, inventory control, and team leadership to ensure timely delivery, optimal stock levels, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement warehouse and logistics strategies aligned with company goals.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure efficient transportation and distribution of home and kitchen appliances to various channel partner, distributors, and customers.
- Monitor and optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse and logistics teams to maintain high performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or WMS systems, conducting regular audits.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Manage vendor relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers.
- Prepare reports on logistics performance, inventory levels, and operational KPIs for management review.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably in home appliances or consumer electronics.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP software, and logistics tools.
- Excellent operational, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
