Job Overview:

You will be responsible for managing all the onsite projects at a Pan India level for Cubicles & Engineered Doors ensuring timely and quality execution (This includes monthly installation planning location wise, controlling projects, publishing site status report on regular intervals to the management) The person will be closely working with both internal and external stakeholders (Internal: Business Head, Design Head for Engineered Doors & Cubicles, Plant SPOC// External: Contractors, Installers on all onsite projects). The ideal candidate should have strong administrative & collaborative skills, knowledge of Project Management, Drawings, Installation and coordination exposure with Contactors, IDs. The role will require him/her to work closely with the sales & design team to manage key projects and handle all installation related queries from customers. Should have exposure into management reporting

Job Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Execution

- Lead installation activities for engineered products (Doors & Restroom Cubicles) at various project sites.

- Study and interpret architectural and MEP drawings, ensure site readiness before installation.

- Coordinate with the design team for drawing clarifications and site-specific modifications.

- Monitor the progress of installation work and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Stakeholder Management

1. Work closely with internal teams such as Design, Sales, Production/Plant, and Logistics.

2. Liaise with external stakeholders including contractors, interior designers, site engineers, project management consultants, and clients.

3. Resolve any on-site issues with coordination among various stakeholders.

Material Management

1. Plan dispatch schedules in alignment with project timelines.

2. Oversee dispatch and delivery of material from the manufacturing unit to site.

3. Ensure safe unloading, storage, and handling of materials at the site.

Quality Assurance & Site Readiness

- Conduct site surveys and pre-installation checks.

- Ensure proper marking, alignment, and positioning of products.

- Validate installation quality and adherence to specifications and safety standards.

Leadership & Reporting

- Manage and guide a team of installation supervisors, technicians, and sub-contractors.

- Allocate resources as per project requirements.

- Monitor team performance and provide technical guidance as required.

- Maintain records of site progress, issues, and resolutions.

- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and update senior leadership on project status.

- Document deviations and raise red flags where necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering

- Experience: 10 14 years of experience in site execution/installation of architectural or interior fit-out products (doors, elevators, cubicles, partitions, etc.)

Skills:

- Strong technical knowledge of drawings and installation methodology.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management.

- Strong leadership and people management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (not preferred though)

- Ability to travel across project sites.
