Responsible for managing the overall human resources operations for the company. This role will lead employee engagement, performance management, culture, and talent development initiatives. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to align HR.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, ensuring efficient execution of HR programs and initiatives.
- Partner with senior management to develop Talent program & succession planning strategies.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Foster a positive work environment by managing employee relations issues, ensuring open communication, and resolving conflicts.
- Implement employee engagement programs to improve morale and workplace satisfaction.
Performance Management:
- Lead the performance management process, ensuring clear performance expectations, regular feedback, and developmental opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Oversee the development and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure that salary structures and benefits packages comply with local labor laws and market standards.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
HR Systems:
- Oversee the management of HRIS to streamline processes and enhance data management.
