Position Overview:

- We are looking for a Fleet Sales Operations Specialist to support our Sales team in efficiently managing orders, contracts, and inventory for our fleet business.


- This role will oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring smooth execution and timely fulfilment.


- The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to maintain optimal stock levels, improve operational processes, and build strong relationships with key partners.


- This position is essential for driving customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and compliance across all fleet sales transactions.

Key Responsibilities:


Sales Order and Contract Management:

- Provide operational support to the Sales team by managing the processing of orders and the execution of fleet agreements and contracts.

- Oversee the entire sales order process, from quote generation to order fulfilment.

- Ensure accurate entry and tracking of customer orders, special pricing, and fleet-specific requests.

- Process Optimization and Efficiency:

- Identify opportunities to streamline fleet sales operations and implement best practices.

- Develop and refine processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce lead times, and enhance the customer experience.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key fleet partners.

- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

- Collaboration with Finance and Legal Teams:

- Work closely with the finance and legal teams to ensure competitive pricing and compliance with company policies and industry regulations for all fleet contracts.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

- Prepare and present regular reports on fleet sales performance, including sales targets, revenue, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Analyse trends, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:

- Ensure all fleet transactions comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.

- Stay up-to-date on relevant regulations, including those related to fleet leasing, financing, and government contracting.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in fleet management, sales operations, or a similar role.

- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a focus on process improvement.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and supply chain.

- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in fleet sales and leasing.
