As AGM Finance, you will oversee core financial operations and play a key role in strategic planning, consolidation, compliance, and reporting across multiple international entities.
This is a high-impact role demanding technical expertise, strong leadership, and global finance exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage account consolidation and reporting across multi-country subsidiaries.
- Oversee banking and treasury operations in both Indian and global environments.
- Ensure statutory compliance with tax laws, GST, TDS, corporate governance, and international regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors, legal counsel, and external consultants to manage audits and financial due diligence.
- Analyze financial performance, prepare dashboards, and provide insights for decision-making.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with business, product, HR, and operations teams.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, building scalable processes and strong internal controls.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in managing cross-border finance, multi-currency accounting, and global compliance frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of Indian and international accounting standards (IFRS, IND-AS).
- Hands-on experience with accounting tools and ERP systems (e., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Tally).
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management abilities.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
