We are seeking a dynamic professional at the AGM / DGM level to lead and strengthen our technical sales, customer service function.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in handling end-to-end customer service operations, with prior exposure to reputed organizations in manufacturing, engineering, or allied industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical sales and customer service operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, operations, supply chain) to address customer requirements effectively.
- Monitor service KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build and manage strong customer relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Handle escalations with professionalism and provide timely resolutions.
- Train and mentor team members to deliver superior customer experience.
- Should have copper wire industry exposure.
- Proven track record in customer relationship management at senior levels.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology or related.
- MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
