Location: Corporate Office, Jaipur

Role: General Manager - Talent Management & OD

- Lead leadership hiring & succession planning across domestic & international markets.

- Build talent pipelines & retention strategies for critical positions.

- Strategic HR leadership role in a Top 500 listed company with global exposure.

Who are we looking for?

- MBA in HR with 20+ years of experience, including 5+ years in a strategic HR leadership role.

- Background in manufacturing / industrial environments strongly preferred.

- Track record in senior leadership hiring (domestic & global).

- Proficiency in modern HR tech, ATS, labour laws & policy frameworks.

Age bracket: 42-45 years.
