- Preparation, administration, negotiation and coordination of execution of Construction Contracts for large scale construction projects Pan-India,
- Preparation, administration and coordination of execution of Lease Agreements for Industrial Warehouse for clients on a Pan-India basis,
- Prepare and interface with key suppliers and vendors within India and internationally for the preparation of supply agreements and purchase agreements in conjunction with procurement alliance agreements.
- Oversee organizational contract development and management activities and enforce organizational principles of integrity and compliance
- Ensure that contracts and proposals are properly entered into organizational databases and securely maintained.
- Develop standards for contracts, including presentation of budget, payment terms, general language and provisions.
- Conduct contract strategy meetings to identify issues and client requirements, facilitate pricing discussions, and obtain senior management input on timelines and deliverables.
- Assure accuracy and appropriateness of contract text and attachments.
- Multi department interface with internal teams of design and costing, project construction, legal and finance.
- Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests.
- Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials when necessary.
- Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
- Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
- Review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications.
- Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists.
- Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.
- Calculate costs of orders, and charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts
- Strategic material sourcing incorporating the performance analysis measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product cost or quality
- Sourcing and securing procurement alliance agreements with key suppliers globally,
- Negotiating key agreements with suppliers and contractors throughout all facets of Development and Building
- Reporting and the preparation of presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
