Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Market Growth
- Define and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans aligned with business strategy and market trends.
- Explore and expand business in focus sectors: automotive, manufacturing, logistics, construction and warehousing.
Sales & Strategic Account Management
- Develop strong relationships with OEMs, end users, EPCs, system integrators and industrial automation solution providers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, solution positioning, proposal preparation, techno-commercial discussions and closure.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline for current and future quarters.
Customer-Centric Engagement
- Act as a trusted partner by understanding client operations and proposing relevant robotics/automation solutions.
- Provide input to product and engineering teams based on customer feedback and emerging market needs.
- Participate in customer presentations, product demos and site-level solution workshops.
Market Intelligence & Positioning
- Track competitor activities, government initiatives and technological advances in robotics and automation.
- Represent L&T EPS at industry events, expos and conferences to enhance brand visibility and networking.
- Support business planning and strategic initiatives with data-driven market insights.
Sales Operations & Performance Management
- Achieve targets for order booking, revenue, margins and collections.
- Ensure CRM hygiene, sales funnel tracking and performance reporting as per internal cadence.
- Adhere to risk, commercial, and compliance protocols for large projects and strategic bids.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with R&D, product managers, engineering, and service teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer success.
- Provide customer feedback and market insights to influence product roadmap and business direction.
