Assistant Director/General Manager - Construction

Responsibilities:

- Responsible to coordinate with consultants during pre construction stage which shall include active participation in design meetings, Review of all contract documents and specifications, Single point of contact for all construction works.

- Responsible for on site construction with respect to safety, quality and delivery.

- Resolving all coordination issues during construction.

- Ensuring all compliances are in place during different stages of construction.

- To facilitate and support the leasing team during various discussions and site visits.

- To ensure smooth transformation of the asset from Construction to Operation

Requirements:

- 18-25 years of experience in construction project management, with proven expertise in end-to-end delivery of large commercial projects (offices, malls, mixed-use developments).

- Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

- In-depth understanding of construction compliance, safety standards, quality control, and site execution best practices.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent the construction team in design meetings, leasing discussions, and leadership reviews.
