- Manage the candidate experience, ensuring a positive and inclusive process.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and preferences.

- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.

- Analise recruitment metrics to optimize strategies and improve results.

- Communicate company brand, values, and culture to students and campus partners.
