Job Title: Assistant Brand Manager - Pain Management

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Assistant Brand Manager - Pain Management with an MBA/PGDM from a premier B-School to support the strategic growth and positioning of our pain management product portfolio. This role involves assisting in the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving consumer engagement to enhance brand equity and business performance in a highly regulated healthcare market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in formulating and implementing brand strategies and marketing plans specific to pain management products.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights studies to identify growth opportunities and inform brand positioning.
- Collaborate with product development, regulatory, sales, and medical teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches and campaigns.
- Support the execution of marketing programs across digital, print, and healthcare professional channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, sales data, and key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing detailed reports for senior management.
- Help manage budgets and ensure optimal allocation of marketing resources.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for creative development, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout marketing practices.
- Assist in building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the creation of promotional materials, educational content, and training programs for internal teams.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, medical advances, and competitive landscape in the pain management category.
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA/PGDM from a premier B-School (such as IIM, ISB, XLRI, FMS, or equivalent) with specialization in Marketing or Healthcare Management.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in brand management, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or personal care sectors focusing on pain relief or related categories.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable marketing tactics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory environment related to pharmaceutical and healthcare advertising.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset and creativity in problem-solving.
- Proficiency in digital marketing concepts and tools is a plus.
