Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partner Acquisition & Enablement


- Identify and evaluate potential referral partners through structured market research and targeted campaigns.

- Drive high-value onboarding processes, ensuring partners are aligned with organizational objectives, product knowledge, and compliance standards.

- Co-develop engagement frameworks and toolkits to enhance partner productivity and long-term collaboration.

Partner Relationship Management

- Manage and strengthen relationships with a portfolio of referral partners through structured engagement models.

- Act as the strategic advisor for partners, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing lead-generation outcomes.

- Provide insights, training support, and performance feedback to maintain strong, sustainable engagement.

Lead Attribution & Funnel Management

- Ensure seamless partner-to-CRM integration with accurate tagging, attribution, and funnel stage mapping.

- Monitor partner-sourced leads across the funnel (from generation to activation), proactively

identifying bottlenecks.

- Partner with sales and acquisition teams to improve conversion metrics and streamline lead journeys.

Data Governance & CRM Discipline

- Maintain a robust and accurate CRM environment with clean partner data, lead flows, and performance dashboards.

- Ensure audit-ready processes, with real-time visibility into pipeline health and partner contribution.

Performance Reviews & Reporting

- Conduct structured performance reviews with partners to assess ROI, gather feedback, and enhance collaboration.

- Deliver periodic performance reports to leadership, highlighting partner impact, revenue contribution, and areas for growth.

Payouts & Compliance Oversight

- Oversee the partner incentive and payout process in collaboration with finance teams.

- Ensure transparency, accuracy, and compliance in payout settlements and dispute management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Collaborate with Marketing to design co-branded campaigns, communication assets, and engagement initiatives.

- Work with Business Acquisition teams to align partner leads with conversion pipelines and optimize time-to-closure.

- Provide feedback to Product teams on market and partner insights to strengthen solution positioning.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: 3-4 years in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, or Ecosystem Management.

Industry Exposure: Prior experience in Mutual Funds, BFSI, or Financial Services is highly preferred.

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to track, measure, and optimize partner performance using data-driven insights.

Relationship Skills: Demonstrated capability in building and sustaining long-term, high-value partner relationships.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems, attribution workflows, and dashboard reporting.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi; additional languages a plus.

Mindset: Consultative, structured, and ownership-driven, with the ability to manage multiple strategic priorities
