Role Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced Health Insurance Specialist to drive growth through the recruitment, training, and performance management of POSP (Point of Sales Persons) agents.

- This role demands strong business acumen, relationship management skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive insurance landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Agent Network Development: Recruit, screen, and onboard new POSP agents while enhancing the productivity of existing ones.

- Performance Management: Monitor agent performance, analyze gaps, and design targeted action plans to maximize effectiveness.

- Sales Leadership: Set and track sales objectives, implement strategic initiatives, and ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets.

- Training & Mentoring: Provide structured training sessions, ongoing mentorship, and skill development programs for POSPs.

- Business Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies, feedback loops, and localized marketing plans to strengthen market presence.

- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with agents, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure long-term retention and growth.

- Compliance & Governance: Ensure strict adherence to IRDAI regulations, company policies, and ethical business practices.

- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on health insurance products, competitors, and industry trends to drive continuous business improvement.

Requirements:

- Experience: Proven track record in health insurance sales, preferably with hands-on POSP recruitment and management.

- Insurance Knowledge: Solid understanding of insurance policies, health products, and regulatory requirements.

- Sales Acumen: Strong ability to design and execute sales strategies, achieve targets, and expand distribution networks.

- Leadership & Mentorship: Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and upskill team members.

- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi (mandatory); regional language skills are an added advantage.

- Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred)
