Asset Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive asset management plans aligned with organizational goals, including risk assessments, cost analysis, and performance monitoring.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all physical and financial assets, tracking performance against predefined metrics.

- Ensure strict adherence to relevant regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices related to asset management.

- Analyze asset performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and provide actionable recommendations for acquisitions, maintenance, or disposal.

- Oversee the entire asset lifecycle-from acquisition through utilization, maintenance, and disposal-maximizing asset value and minimizing associated costs.-

- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to asset management, including financial, operational, and reputational risks.

- Prepare detailed and periodic reports on asset performance, trends, and insights to support data-driven decision-making by senior management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support asset-related projects and initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in asset management or related functions.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

- Sound knowledge of asset lifecycle management and risk mitigation strategies.

- Proficient in relevant asset management software and tools.

- Strong communication skills to prepare reports and engage with stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

- Prior experience in financial and operational asset management preferred.
