- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with developer partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure efficient processes.
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and manage client data.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments.
- Represent Asset Deals at industry events and conferences.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulations.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value real estate deals.
- Ensure all sales transactions are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Experience:
- 5+ years of proven experience in real estate sales.
- Demonstrated success in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with developers and clients.
