Job Description:


- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities in the real estate sector.

- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform strategic decisions.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.

- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales professionals.

- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with top real estate developers.

- Negotiate and manage partnerships and agreements with developers.

- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with developer partners.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients.

- Understand client needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.

- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

- Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure efficient processes.

- Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.

- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and manage client data.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments.

- Represent Asset Deals at industry events and conferences.

- Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulations.

- Lead negotiations and close high-value real estate deals.

- Ensure all sales transactions are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Experience:

- 5+ years of proven experience in real estate sales.

- Demonstrated success in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets.

- Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with developers and clients.

Skills:

- Strong sales strategy development and execution skills.

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent understanding of the real estate market.

- Proficiency in using CRM systems.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
