- Proven track record of driving high-volume sales in both residential and commercial real estate.
- Strong network of channel partners, brokers, and institutional clients.
- Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring large sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
- Ability to build and implement strategic sales plans while staying closely involved in execution.
- (MBA preferred).
