Role Description:

- The position is tailored for a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in managing stakeholder relationships, corporate governance, and cross-functional operations.

- The VP will oversee corporate affairs, post-sales operations, leasing, HR, and administration, while ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

- The role requires a leader who can balance operational execution with strategic direction, while safeguarding the companys reputation and driving business growth. T based on experience and performance.

Qualifications:

- Total Experience: Minimum 20 years, with at least 10 years in senior leadership roles in the Real Estate Industry (mandatory).

- Proven experience in managing large, cross-functional teams across post-sales, legal, leasing, HR, and administration.

- Sound knowledge of the full real estate project lifecycle, including legal documentation, facility management, and statutory compliances.

- Expertise in conflict resolution, regulatory liaison, contract vetting, and property handovers.

- Strong operational and strategic thinking capabilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Bachelors degree is mandatory (Business Administration, Communications, Law, or related field); MBA or Masters degree preferred.
