Job description:
- Tax Planning and Compliance: Develop tax strategies and plans to minimize the company's tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. Prepare and file tax returns, including income tax, GST, and other regulatory filings.
- Financial Auditing: Conduct financial audits of company accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Identify areas of financial risk and recommend improvements to internal controls and processes.
- Financial Accounting: Manage the company's financial accounting processes, including preparation of financial statements, general ledger reconciliations, and month-end close activities. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records in accordance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Monitor actual performance against budgeted targets and provide variance analysis.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports and presentations for management, shareholders, and regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and deadlines.
- Client Advisory: Provide expert financial advice and guidance to clients on taxation matters, accounting standards, and business strategies. Assist clients in optimizing their financial performance and achieving their strategic objectives.
