Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director to manage our Global office and drive business growth in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Global business market, a strategic mindset, and proven leadership skills to expand our client base and service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the operations of our Global office, ensuring efficiency and business alignment.

- Develop and execute strategic growth plans to expand our presence in the Global market.

- Identify and establish new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships.

- Lead business development initiatives, client engagements, and service delivery.

- Provide financial and strategic advisory services based on market trends and client needs.

- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.

- Build and mentor a high-performing team to support business growth.

Key Requirements:

- Qualification: Preferably a Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CFA, or an advanced degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

- Experience: 15+ years in consulting, financial advisory, or business strategy, with leadership experience.

- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Global business environment, regulations, and industry trends.

- Business Acumen: Proven track record in business development, client management, and revenue growth.

- Leadership Skills: Ability to manage teams, drive performance, and build strong client relationships.

- Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
