Job Description:

- Team Leader Human Resources Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader Human Resources to oversee the HR team and manage end-to-end HR functions.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, general HR activities, compliance management, and team leadership.

- This role requires a proactive leader capable of aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Develop strategies to attract top talent and build a strong employer brand.

- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures.

- Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives in line with business objectives.

- Drive employee engagement and retention programs to maintain a positive work environment.

- Oversee performance management, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

- Maintain and update compliance documentation, including statutory filings, audits, and reports.

- Conduct periodic training sessions on compliance and workplace ethics.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of HR professionals.

- Assign tasks, set performance benchmarks, and monitor team progress.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

- Manage payroll, employee records, and HRIS systems.

- Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

- Conduct regular audits of HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5-8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, compliance, and team management.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

- Proficiency in HR software (Keka, Darwinbox, HR-One) and MS Office.

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
