Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Management Information Systems (MIS) at Arthtattva located in Bengaluru.

The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks related to MIS, incorporating analytical skills, finance knowledge, information technology expertise, and data analytics into the management of information systems.

MIS Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.

- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial data in MIS reporting.

- Conduct variance analysis, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities to inform strategic decisions.

- Develop and implement data management policies and reporting frameworks.

Qualifications.

Analytical Skills and Data Analytics.

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-5 years of experience in MIS, financial analysis, or related roles.

- Management Information Systems (MIS) expertise.

- Finance knowledge.

- Information Technology proficiency.

- Strong problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, or related field.

- Experience in MIS management or related roles.
