Role Overview:
Reporting to the Technical Delivery Lead the Reward Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the program has support with a focus on key HR Analytics e.g. retention and turnover rates, hiring and compensation and benefits packages.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Reward Lead
- A key contributor to the vision and benefits case of the Transformation project,
- Seen as an SME in driving the project and employee experience principles
- Responsible for leading detailed end-to-end design and processes for Reward as defined above including the design for workday and additional enabling technologies or services
- Drive key decisions across key stakeholder groups
- Supporting the Reward lead and design team to create of detailed process documentation - including user guides, work instructions and standardised global processes process maps; detailing process activities, owners and hand-offs
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders at Group and Divisional level supporting in driving decisions required and enable capture of design requirements to inform set-up of the new HR solution
- Support identifying changes required to global HR policies/frameworks for CoE/policy owner to own updates
- Support documentation of content inventory with documentation and knowledge articles required to support roll-out and adoption of the new HR solution for work-stream
- Managing the transition of process activity into the HR Operations Services team based on documented Service Catalogue
- Working alongside a Reward Lead and with divisional HR stakeholders, assist in capturing local legal, regulatory or works council requirements
- Support the Change Management work-stream, to drive the change and comms agenda for given specialist area
- Supporting testing execution, including service rehearsals of HR Operations processes to ensure robustness of design
- Support the handover to the HR Services team as part of knowledge transfer and upskilling for new resources
Skills and Knowledge:
- Understanding of global HR disciplines with specialist expert knowledge of Reward
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience of complex transformation projects
- Experience in working in a federated organisation would be desirable but not essential
- Experience of building, maintaining and managing strong relationships and stakeholder groups
- Highly motivated and self-starter, with high level of energy and pro-active approach to work
- Ability to communicate professionally, clearly and effectively to target audiences
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines on multiple projects or tasks concurrently
