Roles and Responsibilities:
- Should be target oriented.
- Should have retail focus and be able to add value to Dealer retail drive.
- Making of Sales report monthly/quarterly/annually of the State Dealer Network handling in terms of Sales, Service and Spares parts. (Monitoring and controlling dealers activities).
- Able to expand dealer network within state/states.
- Direct and coordinate the State business in terms of Vehicles and Spare parts.
- Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
- Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development of the dealers.
- Should also have experience of institutional sales.
- Work with department managers and corporate staff to develop the business plans for the state.
- Monitoring the dealer's day to day activities in terms of Sales Service and Spares.
- Implement various Sales techniques to promote the sales in the market.
- Review dealer's performance in terms of promotion of Service and Spares.
- Also, should have knowledge about Service and Warranty of the vehicles.
