Job Description
- To develop Sales and Distribution Network.
- To achieve the sales targets on a monthly / quarterly / annually basis.
- To collect the outstanding within the time frame decided by Company.
- To train, guide and support the field force and to ensure that every member of the team achieves the sales and collection targets on monthly basis.
- To maintain good trade relationship with every business associate and strive to enhance the image of the Company.
- To formulate strategic inputs to develop the market and for increasing dealer / distributor network.
- To identify the problematic area, those affect the growth and evolve suitable solution in order to eliminate the same keeping in view the long-term interests of the Company.
- Responsible for channel management and territorial controls, merchandizing, display product POPs, distribution of product brochures and price lists.
- To visit the market regularly to understand the trend, competitors' activities, efficiency of BOs, problems faced by dealers, distributors effectiveness of the Company's policies and to identify opportunities for furthers business development.
- To ensure efficient administration of the ASO operations timely indenting, proper warehousing, general housekeeping, maintenance of internal and statutory records, timely dispatching, banking, including reconciling of Bank Accounts, reporting, and operating the entire sales office as per the established policies and procedures of the Company.
- Responsible for follow-up of customer complaints.
- To appoint dealers wherever necessary.
- To identify and appoint sleep specialist stores in the assigned areas.
- Responsible for the Region's forecasting and sales tracking.
