Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including architects, designers, builders, and contractors. - Identify and qualify new business opportunities. - Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. - Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly. - Negotiate contracts and close deals. Market Analysis & Strategy: - Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. - Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitors. - Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement. Reporting & Administration: - Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. - Manage and track sales pipeline. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
