- Incumbent would be responsible for HORECA/Food Services business in Mumbai/Thane/Raigarh through distribution channel .
- Responsible for identifying business opportunities in HORECA/Food Services Accounts and managing the existing accounts.
- Set and achieve sales targets for assigned territories, exceeding goals where possible.
- Identify and acquire new customers while up-selling to existing accounts.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to successful closure.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts.
- Develop a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and account planning.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth product/service delivery.
- Prepare reports and participate in performance review meetings.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to devise responsive strategies.
- Lead, train, and guide the sales team, monitoring and motivating them to meet targets.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with senior management.
- Travel to customers to present offerings and build brand awareness.
- Implement sales processes to prioritize and manage key customers and prospects.
