Education: MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute

CTC: Up to 2227 LPA

Role:

- Execute sales strategies for the CCD business, ensuring achievement of sales and distribution targets in the assigned territory.

- Drive process efficiency via Go-To-Market plans, sales force automation, and distributor capability building.

- Achieve brand targets through effective scheme implementation and promotional activities.

- Enhance sales productivity and distribution by assessing and improving channel performance.
