Key Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement: Drive and ensure achievement of business loan sales targets within the assigned territory.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Sales Officers / Relationship Managers to achieve individual and team goals.
Market Development: Plan and execute sales beats, expand customer reach, and strengthen company presence in Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, and across Gujarat.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Negotiation & Deal Closure: Engage with customers to explain offerings, negotiate pricing and loan terms, and close profitable deals.
Exception Handling: Resolve customer issues, manage escalations, and ensure smooth loan processing.
Performance Monitoring: Track sales activities, analyze MIS/reports, and provide insights to management for continuous improvement.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, customer trends, and provide inputs for strategy formulation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA/PG in Sales/Marketing/Finance preferred.
- Prior experience in business loans, NBFC, BFSI, or financial services is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
- Proficiency in the local language is mandatory; knowledge of Hindi and English will be an added advantage.
- Ability to travel extensively across Gujarat.
- Familiarity with Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar markets is preferred.
