Position : Area Sales Manager
Brief : Area Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing sales operations within a specific geographical area. They lead and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Reports to : RSM
Job Responsibility:
- Handle selection and appointment at the retail level
- Must know the franchisee operations.
- Responsible for franchisee expansion & store operation
- Relevant experience in managing EBO & MBO
- Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency.
- Lead a team of store managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals.
- Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions.
- Must have worked on Sales forecasting & planning to ensure sales (retail volume) & market share in assigned territory.
- Handle a team of Store manager.
- Take care of sales along with that handle team to generate sales from stockiest in all the areas.
- Handle Clients, Consultants and understand their requirements.
- Convert Client Requirement into business Leads.
- Accountable to achieve sales target through dealer cum retailer network and channel development.
- Should Plan, organize and execute sales plan on volume, and product mix.
- Develop sales strategies and setting targets
- Must collect customer feedback & market research
Qualification and Experience:
- Must Maintain and increase sales of company's products
- Manage the team of Store manager and guide them for achieving their number
- Must be well versed with Excel, Sales Analytical reports.
- Must be someone from same geography
- 5 to 10 years in Retail Industry
Skills:
- Assisting the Regional Manager in Strategizing, planning and execution of all sales related activities
- Should be expert in cross functional activities
Working Days and Timings
- Monday to Saturday
- 11PM- 09:00 PM
- Thursday Week off
