We are expanding rapidly and looking for a results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Ranchi and surrounding regions.


Key Responsibilities:


- Drive sales and achieve targets across the assigned territory.

- Manage and expand the distribution network, including wholesalers, retailers, and stockists.

- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.

- Develop and implement regional sales strategies in line with company goals.

- Conduct regular market visits to ensure proper execution of trade activities.

- Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

- Ensure effective stock and inventory management across the supply chain.


Qualifications & Experience:


Education: MBA or Graduate in any discipline
