Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base and market share.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential and existing customers.
- Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers in the Automotive, Electronics, Home Appliance, and Printing industries.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular customer visits and meetings to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our adhesive tape products and their applications.
- Provide technical expertise and product recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate with the technical team to address complex customer requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product innovations.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, activity reports, and market analysis.
- Track and analyze sales performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage customer data and sales activities.
- Manage and develop relationships with distributors and channel partners.
- Ensure effective distribution and availability of products within the territory.
- Provide training and support to channel partners.
- Collaborate with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide input on sales strategies and product development.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-6 years of sales experience in the adhesive/adhesive tapes industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Automotive, Electronics, Home Appliance, and Printing industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong technical aptitude and product knowledge.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Existing network of contacts within the target industries.
- Experience in managing distributors and channel partners.
- Knowledge of specific adhesive tape applications and technologies.
- Experience in conducting technical presentations and product demonstrations.
