Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to support business growth.
- Prepare and analyze sales forecasting reports.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying improvement areas.
- Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation and brand positioning.
- Manage and coach the sales team to meet performance targets.
- Assist in formulating annual sales and marketing plans.
- Coordinate with external distributors and internal teams to align on goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales.
- Prior experience in the relevant industry is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
