Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned area.

- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and client acquisition.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders within the area.

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer support) to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.

- Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.

- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.

- Manage sales budgets and control costs within the area.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions within the area.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

- Strong understanding of market research and competitive analysis.

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Proficiency in using CRM and sales analytics tools.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
