- Responsible for direct Dealer and Distribution Management in Karnataka
- Drive primary sales with distributor and achieve secondary sales with retailers/MBO/EBO.
- Develop channel sales strategy & define allocation of sales targets based on clear understanding of market growth/ category growth/ other events.
- Plan and achieve distribution expansion as per budget plans.
- Inventory Management in alignment with the Distributor.
- Develop Sales forecast for all categories based on market trends.
- Ensure distributor claims are settled in time by proper scrutiny and on field verification.
- Ensure retention of agreed ROI for the distributors.
- Track availability of required manpower as per plan and monitor their performance to drive secondary.
- Execute and track distribution expansion by class of towns and category as per plan and take corrective action, wherever required.
- Plan for new product launches based on thorough understanding of category and distribution objectives for the products to be launched.
